Refund Policy

We are committed to placing healthy, happy puppies in loving homes. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before purchasing.

✅ Health Guarantee

All of our puppies come with a health guarantee that covers genetic defects for a period of one year from the date of purchase.

If your puppy is diagnosed with a hereditary or congenital condition by a licensed veterinarian within this timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange, subject to the terms below.

📋 Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

  • The diagnosis must be made by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving your puppy.

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the diagnosis.

  • A written veterinary report with all relevant test results must be provided.

  • Prior to refund being issued, we reserve the right to get a second opinion from a veterinarian of our choice.

🔄 Refund or Exchange Options

If the puppy is found to have a qualifying genetic defect, you may choose one of the following:

  1. A puppy is required to be vet checked within 72 hours of receiving the puppy, if there is a life threatening congenital issue that was missed, then a full refund of the original purchase price will be issued with the return of the puppy.

  2. If a congenital issue arises after the first 72 hours, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given with the return of original puppy. Another puppy of equal value will be offered if and when available, no cash refunds will be provided.

Shipping or transportation costs are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.

❌ What’s Not Covered

  • Illnesses or injuries caused by neglect, improper care, accidents, or environmental factors.

  • Non-genetic health conditions.

  • Minor or correctable issues (e.g., underbite, umbilical hernia).

  • Behavioral issues or training difficulties.

📦 Return Process

If a return or exchange is necessary:​

  • You are responsible for all return transportation or shipping costs.

  • If a situation arises that a buyer cannot keep their puppy/dog, we will accept the puppy back but we will not issue a refund or provide a replacement puppy.
