🚗 Local Pickup – Free

• You are welcome to pick up your puppy from us at no additional cost.

• Pickup appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Please bring a valid photo ID and any required paperwork.

🚚 Ground Delivery – Fee-Based

• We offer ground delivery to select locations for an additional fee.

• Delivery fees vary based on distance and location.

• A transport fee quote will be provided once your location is confirmed.

• All deliveries are made by trusted, experienced pet transporters.

✈️ Air Travel – Fee-Based

• Puppies can be flown to most major U.S. airports for an additional fee.

• We use pet-safe airline services and follow all airline-specific requirements.

• Air shipping fees typically include the cost of the flight, travel crate, and required health certificate.

• We will coordinate with you to choose a flight time and date that works for both parties.

📅 Timing

• Shipping or delivery will be arranged once the puppy is at least [e.g., 8 weeks old], paid for in full, and cleared by our veterinarian.

• We will work with you to schedule a convenient delivery or pickup time.

• Delays due to weather, airline restrictions, or health checks may occur — we appreciate your patience and flexibility.

📦 What’s Included in Delivery

Each shipped puppy comes with:

• A travel crate (for air transport).

• Health certificate from a licensed veterinarian.

• Starter food and care instructions (if applicable).

• Copy of signed purchase agreement and health guarantee.

• Shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.

• We do not ship outside the continental U.S. (unless otherwise agreed).

• Buyers are responsible for being present at the agreed delivery/pickup time and location.
